RV Fire Sparks Wildland Blaze

Calaveras County firefighters are battling a wildland fire burning on both sides of Highway 26 in the area of the Robinson Ranch between Mokelumne Hill and Glencoe.
The fire was first reported about 6:30 p.m. as a fire in a motor home. The fire spread from the RV in to the surrounding grass.
The fire is said to be about 3- to- 4 acres in size. Additional fire crews and aircraft are responding at this time.
