Peace Pole Missing From Arnold

The Arnold Rotary club is offering a reward for information about the theft of the International Peace Pole from White Pines Park within the last few days, according to Doug Scott, Club President.
“This pole was handcrafted by Ron Glass and donated to the Arnold community as a tribute to world peace. It is unbelievable that anyone would vandalize such a beautiful project” said Scott.
The pole was approximately 16 feet tall, and was inscribed on four sides with the words “MAY PEACE PREVAIL ON EARTH” in 4 languages (English, Japanese, Spanish and Miwok).
