A “Wal-Mart Wedding” on Happy Valentines Day

It´s a nice day for a Wal-Mart wedding. At least it was for George Nenque and his bride, Peggie Maples.
They got married today in the gardening department of the Wal-Mart store in Salinas. The couple says they met at Wal-Mart last September. They say it´s also where they shared their first kiss. Since the pair frequently shops at Wal-Mart, store officials agreed to host the wedding. The store even provided flowers and music. About 30 friends, family and store associates were on hand for the ceremony. The couple held their reception at Round Table Pizza.
They plan to live in Modesto.
