Tuolumne Utilities District General Manager Tim McCollough says “…we´re in pretty good stead.” He bases that water delivery from the South Fork of the Stanislaus River under worst year conditions. If the water in the Stanislaus goes below those 1977 drought figures? “That€™s where we get into trouble,” McCollough says.
