The Fresno lottery office will have a news conference later today to announce the winner´s name.

Lottery spokeswoman Cathy Johnson says the man has bought two lottery tickets since the lottery started in 1986. He bought a ticket for the “SuperLotto Plus” game at a Visalia convenience store earlier this week.
