Teens Face Felony Charges For Bomb

Sponsored by:

Four Bay Area high school students have been suspended and three face criminal charges after one allegedly brought explosives to class. Danville police Sergeant Bruce Olson says the 15-year-old who brought the devices to school is facing a felony charge of possessing a destructive device for sale.

Two other 15-year-olds who allegedly bought the devices from him for five dollars each face misdemeanor charges. The student who brought the devices to school reportedly says he made them following instructions he found on the Internet. Police say they have no idea what the boys planned to do with the explosives.
