Lots of Visitors To The Mother Lode Over Holiday

You probably saw more boats than usual on area lakes over the holiday weekend.
Local lakes and recreation areas were filled to the limit for the Fourth of July. Thousands gathered to view fireworks Saturday night at Lake Don Pedro and Ironstone Vineyards. Resorts and hotels had their “No Vacancy” signs lit as well. The Lake Tulloch Resort reported all 46 of their rooms were full all weekend long. Things were busy at area parks and forests… but there´s no final number yet on visitors to the Yosemite National Park.
