Conrad Heads To Court Next Month

Robert Conrad is set to stand trial in a month.
The aging television actor is facing two felony drunken driving charges in Calaveras County Superior Court. Conrad, 69, lives in Murphys and Bear Valley. He was in a car accident near Arnold on March 31, 2003, that injured him and another driver, Kevin Burnett of Forest Meadows. The accident left Conrad partially paralyzed .
He has pleaded not guilty to two charges of felony drunken driving last year….and faces one charge of driving intoxicated causing an injury and another of driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit of .08.
Conrad appeared in dozens of TV shows and movies, most notably as James T. West in the 1960s series “The Wild Wild West.”
