It looks like Liz Bass is ahead of Larry Rotelli, but we´ve still not received the final tally of poll results from the Tuolumne County Election Center.

Liz Bass got 54 percent of the votes… Larry Rotelli got 45 percent… that´s with two-thirds of the precincts reporting for Tuolumne County.

In Calaveras County District Two…

Steve Wilensky beat David Studley… 58 percent to 42 percent.

In the Angels Camp City Council Race…

the top three candidates were Stephen Lee Seaton, William Hutchinson and Norman Price.

Looking at the regional measures…

In Tuolumne county, Measure E only got 53 percent Yes votes… and it needed 55 percent to pass.

But overall… Measure E passed with 62 percent Yes votes and 38 percent No votes.

The Transient Occupancy Tax measures in the Mother Lode were voted down fairly strongly last night.

56 percent No votes for Measure J in Tuolumne County… and 58 percent No votes in Calaveras County.
