Winter´s arrived in the Mother Lode, as evidenced by the first school and school bus delays of the season.
This morning, Black Oak, Twain Harte and Pinecrest Elementary Schools delayed the start of classes by an hour.
Bus routes in the Belleview and Summerville areas were on snow routes too.
