The California Highway Patrol reports a mostly safe holiday weekend in Tuolumne County.

Officer Tom Wills with the Jamestown CHP office says during their maximum enforcement, only one DUI arrest was made, and one DUI-related crash occurred.

Wills said there were four crashes in all over the holiday weekend.

The DUI-related crash happened at Longeway Road near Rhine River Drive on Sunday. The unidentified driver reportedly ran into a tree and suffered minor injuries. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

On Sunday, a 19-year-old woman was slightly injured when she rear-ended a truck. It happened at Highway 12 and Burson Road in Calaveras County, when 19-year-old Amanda Skouti of Fresno was in her 2000 Volkswagen. The pickup was driven by 26-year-old Oscar Pac of Valley Springs, who was waiting to turn left when Skouti rear ended him.

Skouti went to Mark Twain St. Joseph´s Hospital for her minor injuries. Pac and his passenger were not hurt.
