King Arraignment Postponed Until May

There´s another delay in the arraignment of James Stuart King.
He´s the man charged with having sex with an underage girl, as well as numerous drug and weapons violations.
King appeared Wednesday in Tuolumne County Superior Court for the sex charges, however attorneys on both sides decided to group that arraignment with the drug and weapons arraignment, scheduled for May 5th.
Investigators say King owned a small arsenal of illegal assault weapons, along with conversion kits, steroids, hormones, and as many as a thousand syringes.
King is free on 30-thousand dollars bail. If convicted, he could face up to three years for each illegal weapon and conversion kit.
