Sonora Pair Arrested On Sex Charges

Sonora, CA — On incidents dating back to July 31st, two Sonora residents have been arrested and booked on numerous sex charges.
22 year old Blake Douglas Austin of 18086 Sleepy Hollow and 24 year old Mark Warren Turner of the same address were arrested Thursday. Austin was charged with unlawful sex with a minor. He remains in custody with a bail amount of $10,000. Turner was booked on charges of rape and unlawful sex with a minor. He posted a $50,000 bond and was released.
These arrests were a culmination of a series of interviews, medical examinations and a search warrant. These cases have been forwarded to District Attorney Donald Segerstrom´s office.
