November Ballot Set In Calaveras

San Andreas, CA — Races for the November 7 election in Calaveras County are set now that the nomination period is closed.

Incumbent Supervisor Victoria Erickson is facing Russ Thomas in a runoff after the primary election.

Two seats on the City of Angles City Council are open. Incumbents Curley Middleton and Paul Raggio will face challengers Jack Boeding and Jack Lynch.

Incumbents Joan Lark and Tony Tyrrell will try to keep their director positions on the Bret Harte Union High School District. Gail Bunge, a substitute teacher from Avery is also running.

The Calaveras Unified School District has one trustee position open and Evan Garamendi is trying to replace incumbent Gerri Conway.

On the Vallecito Union School District three terms are up for grabs. Incumbents Jill Bray, Felice Cizmich and Ralph Emerson are being challenged by Henry “Warren” Alford and Michael Milward.

Trustee positions are also open for areas in the San Joaquin Delta Community College District and Yosemite Community College District.
