Sonora Resident Arrested On DUI Charges

Sonora, CA — 49 year old Ricky Holloway of Sonora was arrested Sunday morning during the seven o´clock hour for felony D.U.I. due to medication and drugs.
According to the Highway Paytrol, Holloway was driving at approximately 60mph and headed northbound on Greenley Rd. He allowed his vehicle to travel into the southbound lane where he sideswiped a white truck. Holloway continued northbound and traveling in the southbound lane again he struck a 2005 Chrysler headon. This vehicle was driven by 38 year old Darrin Ray of Sonora.
Ray sustained major injuries consisting of a broken left femur, broken right ankle, broken nose and lacerations to his left knee and left elbow. Holloway suffered a cut to his left knee.
