Awards Celebration Set For Columbia College

Columbia, CA — Scholarships totaling more than $106,000 will be awarded to 96 students next week at Columbia College´s annual Scholarships and Awards Celebration.
The total amount represents community scholarships, private donor scholarships and Columbia College Foundation hospitality management scholarships.
Student Of The Year honors will go to Alyeska Shimp. The Coulterville resident will receive the college´s top faculty scholarship of $3,000 and her name will be engraved on a plaque to be displayed in the Manzanita Building rotunda.
The celebration will take place Thursday, April 20th in the Dogwood Forum.
