Grants Available Through Arnold Rotary Club

Arnold, CA — The Arnold Rotary Club is offering two vocational grants.

The club´s Adult Individual Initiative Grant of up to $1,000 is for adults who live in Calaveras County who are working to improve their employable skills.

The Bob Wehe Memorial Career Builder Grant of up to $1,300 is for career enhancement of individuals of any age and any career stage, students, business owners, and employees who live or work in the Greater Arnold area.

Like typical scholarships, the grants can be used for education expenses, but they may also be used for other needs such as equipment or conference attendance.

Applications are available through April 10th at all branches of The Calaveras County Library, County office of Education, Bret Harte High School, Job Connection San Andreas, and at the Financial Aid Office at Columbia College.
