Calaveras Board Takes Up Ag Preserves

San Andreas, CA — It´s a lengthy agenda for the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Tuesday.
Beginning the regular agenda items are nine zoning amendments relating to agricultural preserves.
A 1:30 p.m. study session will be held with the county´s lobbying firm the Ferguson Group to discuss the federal advocacy program for 2008 and 2009.
And on Thursday the board will hold a special closed session at Greenhorn Creek in Angels Camp regarding the appointment of a new County Administrative Officer.
The board meets at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the county Government Center in San Andreas.
