Calaveras Veterans Memorial Dedicated

San Andreas, CA — Work is complete on a veterans memorial at the Calaveras County Government Center.
As part of a Boy Scout Eagle Scout project by Drake Walker, a memorial was constructed including two cannons formerly held at the San Andreas People´s Cemetery.
The display sits across from the Board of Supervisors Chambers and was dedicated this past Sunday marking Veterans Day.
Supervisor Bill Claudino says the project united several veterans organizations which all took part in the dedication ceremony.
