Lumsden Rd. To Close Friday

Sonora, CA — The U.S. Forest Service has announced effective this Friday the Groveland Ranger District´s Lumsden Rd., also known as Forest Rd. 1N10, will be closed for the season to provide for public safety during road repair and maintenance operations.
According to Stanislaus National Forest Spokesman Pat Kaunert, the road is expected to remain closed throughout the winter months opening in the spring of 2008.
