San Jose Pair Arrested In The Mother Lode

Sonora, CA — 29 year old Robert Albert Clark and 51 year old Katherine Rose Ernest, both of San Jose, were arrested minutes after midnight last night by Corporal Kelly Dickson of the Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Department.

Clark was spotted driving a red 1995 Jaguar on Tuolumne Rd. near Striker Count with defective headlights. Clark had no identification. The driver gave his name but the name and the birthdate were not located in the DMV system. Dispatchers discovered a name close to the name given the officer. That individual had a tatoo that perfectly matched Clark´s. He was then identified as a wanted parolee from San Jose. Clark is also a registered sex offender. He´s being held with no bail.

While searching the vehicle, Dickson found meth smoking paraphernalia in the possession of the passenger, Katherine Rose Ernest. She was arrested, issued a citation and released.
