Friday Morning Head On Accident

Angels Camp, CA — Two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision this morning in Angels Camp.

22-year old Stephanie Morgan of Sonora was driving a 2007 Ford Taurus on Highway 49 near Red Hill Road. For unknown reasons Morgan´s vehicle crossed into the opposing lane of traffic striking a 1990 Honda driven by 38-year old Chann Choun of Modesto.

The vehicles hit head on. Morgan and one of her passengers, 19-year old Desire Feliciano of Modesto were taken to Sonora Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. A third passenger, 21-month old Noah Morgan, had no apparent injuries but was also taken to Sonora Regional Medical Center for evaluation.

Choun was taken to Mark Twain St. Joseph´s Hospital with moderate injuries.
