Visitors Bureau Looks To Improve Customer Service In Calaveras

Angels Camp, CA — Customer service will be the focus of an all day workshop hosted by the Calaveras Visitors Bureau in April.
Reservations are now available for Spirit in Service, a program aimed at businesses wanting to improve their customer service skills.
Author and professional speaker Holly Stiel will lead the workshop, which includes a gourmet lunch and raffle.
The event takes place April 18 at Saddle Creek Resort.
