Following Too Closely Causes Multi-Vehicle Accident

San Andreas, CA — Two parties guilty of following too closely were responsible for a four vehicle accident on Hwy 12 west of Central Hill Rd. early Monday afternoon.
40 year old Scott Filkins and 35 year old Gregory Stark, both of Valley Springs, were stopped for traffic. Due to his unsafe speed 19 year old Thomas Sherman of Valley Springs collided with Filkins vehicle which then hit Stark´s vehicle.
Then 42 year old Helen Shamberger of San Andreas proceeded to hit Sherman´s vehicle because she was following him too closely.
None of the four suffered anything more than a minor injury.
