Mother Lode Fair To Become Three Day Event

Sonora, Ca — Some changes will be made to the Mother Lode Fair next summer, notably the number of days that the event will be held.
?We will open on a Friday, instead of Thursday,” says Fair Manager Jan Haydn-Myer. ?The hours of the Fair will be extended, and on Friday we will open up at noon.?
The Fair will run from June 26-28. Haydn-Myer adds that prices will be rolled back to the 2006-07 levels. Admission for adults will be $15 and $12 for children and seniors.
The decision was made at a meeting of the Board of Directors. Attendance numbers and the economy were contributing factors.
