Sonora’s Martin Arrested On Domestic Batter Charge

Sonora, CA — 26 year old Jack Donald Martin of Sonora was arrested by Sonora Police Department officers Wednesday evening at 10:17 after being involved in a domestic dispute with his unidentified girlfriend.

The incident took place in the 100 block of Dossi Way, Sonora.

When officers arrived they discovered a broken stereo on the front porch. Inside the residence there were broken picture frames, a broken glass coffee table, broken dishes and flower pots all over the floor in addition to two holes in the wall and a large hole in the bedroom door.

The female had blood coming from her nose and her right eye was red and almost swollen shut. She sought her own medical attention. No reason was given for the outburst.

Martin was taken into custody without incident and booked into the County Jail on charges of felony domestic batter, felony battery with great bodily harm and felony vandalism.
