Early Morning Accident Leads To Arrest Of Valley Springs Resident

Valley Springs, Ca — 26-year-old Edward Domingo of Valley Springs was arrested for DUI following an early morning accident on Hwy 12.
The CHP says Domingo was driving while intoxicated shortly before 2am, and allowed his vehicle to run off the road. The suspect left the scene, but was located by a CHP Officer a short time later.
