Sheriff’s Valley Springs Sub-Station To Close July 15

San Andreas, CA — It´s official; the Calaveras County Sheriff Department´s Valley Springs sub-station will close July 15th due to budgetary constraints.
Sheriff Dennis Downum made the announcement several weeks ago that the station would be forced to close due to a lack of budgetary support.
Calls now must be referred to the department´s main office in San Andreas. That number is (209) 754-6500.
Remaining open will be the sub-stations at South Shore Camanche and Mokelumne Hill.
