Valley Springs Fire Contained Along With Two Smaller Fires

San Andreas, CA — CAL Fire Communications Operator Jim DeVoll reports the 50-75 acre Valley Springs vegetation fire has been contained.
Exact size and cause of that fire has yet to be determined.
Also this afternon there were two fires in the Chili Gulch area off Hwy 49. One was a “spot” fire while the other was sized between two and three acres. Both have been contained.
No injuries or property damage was reported for the aforementioned fires.
