Housing Development Will Go Before Sonora City Council

Sonora, Ca — The Cuesta Heights Subdivision will go before the Sonora City Council Monday evening.
Robert Ozbirn has submitted an application to develop the subdivision on 21.92 acres of land north of the intersection of Shaws Flat Rd. and Roble Rd. The proposal calls for 49 single-family residential lots.
The subdivision passed through the Sonora Planning Commission unanimously in early February. Monday´s meeting will begin at 5pm at Sonora City Hall.
