Valley Springs’ Navarrette Arrested For DUI Infraction

San Andreas, CA — 52 year old Cynthia Navarrette of Valley Springs was arrested by the CHP just before Saturday midnight and charged with driving-under-the- influence along with hit-and-run.
Due to her intoxicated state Navarrette was driving an an excessive rate of speed and failed to negotiate a turn on Hwy 26 1.2 miles north of Double Springs Rd. She drove off the roadway … her vehicle rolling several times. Navarrette just missed colliding with another vehicle.
That driver transported Navarrette to Sutter-Amador Hospital. The unidentified driver then returned to the scene of the accident and informed the investigating officer of Navarrette´s whereabouts.
Once contact was made, she was arrested.
