Sonora, CA — 22 year old Kenneth Sir Shone Wayne Haymer II is this week’s “Most Wanted” by the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office.
Haymer is an Afro-American with black hair in dreadlocks and brown eyes. He is five feet six inches tall and weighs 115 pounds.
Haymer has a felony warrant for oral copulation with a person under the age of 18.
