Calaveras County Supervisorial Meeting Underway

San Andreas, CA — The third supervisorial meeting of the month is now underway for the Calaveras County supervisors at the Government Center.

Items on the agenda include a minute order approving a MOU between the county’s Behavioral Health Services and the county’s Office of Education to reimburse adolescent substance abuse education and counseling services in an amount not to exceed $18,006.

Also on the agenda; a minute order approving an MOU between Bret Harte Union High School District and the county to reimburse for substance abuse prevention services in an amount not to exceed $9,216 for the fiscal year 2009-10

Also this morning three closed sessions are scheduled. One of those will involve two cases of litigation filed by Michael and Michelle Nemee against the county regarding the Trinitas Golf Development project in the Valley Springs area.

Following the 90 minute lunch break, a study session has been scheduled to discuss the 2009-10 fiscal budget.
