Sonora Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested In Modesto

Sonora, CA — 31-year-old Ninous Tamo has been arrested by the Modesto PD in connection to an armed robbery on April 3rd in Sonora.

A victim was allegedly picked up in a car from an apartment complex on Greenley Rd. by Tamo, 25-year-old Lynsie Green and a third unknown person. While the car was moving, Tamo pulled out a handgun and demanded the victim’s wallet and cell phone. The victim was pushed out of the vehicle after handing over all of the valuables.

The Modesto Police Department has been monitoring a residence where Tamo is known to frequent, and he was located and placed under arrest earlier this week.

An arrest warrant remains out for Lynsie Green regarding her involvement in this case. She has been recently spotted in the Tuolumne area and in Modesto.
