UFO Television Show Wraps Up Filming In Sonora

Sponsored by:

The History Channel´s “UFO Hunters” wrapped up filming in Sonora, California last week. UFO Hunters host Bill Birnes was KVML´s Wednesday Morning´s Newsmaker of the Day.

“We found more exciting stories in the Motherlode than we had bargained for” said Birnes. “The stories from the local residents that we spoke with ranged from fairly recent sightings to those from several decades ago.”

Birnes and his crew even looked at and analized amateur video from one local resident who caught a triangle shaped object with lights on the bottom that appeared to lift straight up into the air.

While in town, the UFO Hunters themselves traveled up into the Sierra Nevada above the snow line and filmed for half a night but did not capture anything using their own camera equipment.

Birnes said that the “Sonora Triangles” episode should be edited and ready for air by the middle of March. UFO Hunters can be seen each Wednesday night on the History Channel at 10pm.

The Newsmaker of the Day can be heard each weekday morning at 6:47, 7:47 and 8:47 on AM-1450 KVML.
