Fire Destroys Old Stoker Ranch Residence

San Andreas, CA — Fire completely destroyed a two story residence located on Shadow Lane at Vista del Lago earlier this morning.
According to CAL Fire Communications Operator Maryjo Boone the call was received a 3:38. Crews from San Andreas Fire, Jenny Lind Fire and Foothill Fire had difficulty locating the property as the caller did not know his own address and the residence was not properly marked.
When the crews arrived they discovered a fully engulfed structure. As a result they could only initiate a defensive attack for safety reasons.
The local Red Cross chapter arrived at five o´clock to care for the residence´s three adults and three children.
Cause of the fire remains under investigation.
