Jamestown, CA — A man was arrested in Jamestown after allegedly threatening to kill a man with a knife during an argument.

Taken into custody was Jeremy Barrineau. The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office reports that Barrineau took out a knife during a verbal fight with an acquaintance while at a home on Maple Alley. Barrineau then allegedly stole an 18 pack of beer from the victim, and ran outside and slashed one of the tires of the victim’s SUV.

Barrineau was later located by a Sheriff’s deputy at a nearby friend’s house and arrested. He is charged with robbery, making death threats, vandalism and brandishing a weapon.
