According to the National Weather Service, we should expect periods of light rain and mountain snow through early next week.
The next system will arrive around Sunday afternoon. Snow levels will drop to 3000 – 4000 feet.
Snow accumulations of three to ten inches will be possible in the Sierra.
More snow is possible on Tuesday.
