Nesler Hearing Set For Next Month

A pre-preliminary hearing in the Ellie Nesler case has been set for November 5th.
Tuolumne County Superior Court Judge Eleanor Provost set the date and reduced Nesler´s bail to 200-thousand dollars.
Nesler plead innocent on charges of posessing methamphetamine-making supplies. Tuolumne County deputies made several arrests in the same investigation that landed Nesler in jail last week.
