Rabies Alert In Tuolumne County

Officials from Tuolumne County Animal Control are advising people to be careful near skunks. There have
been six of the animals this year who have tested positive for rabies. There were only four cases all last year.
If you have dogs or other pets, make sure
they´re vaccinated for rabies. If you find a skunk that may be rabid, call Animal Control immediately.
