Murder Victims Identified

Shasta County Sheriff´s deputies have identified a pair of Christmas Eve murder victims found dead near Interstate 5. Shasta County Deputy Coroner Mike Booth has identified the two as 25-year-old Hakeem Salim Bryant of Fairbanks, Alaska, and 27-year-old Christopher Lamar Martin of Olympia, Washington.
Shasta County Sheriff´s spokesman Sergeant Jim Mize (MYze) says police in Centralia, Washington, found a torched car on Christmas morning that´s believed involved in the shootings. Mize says investigators haven´t established a motive, but are looking into leads in Seattle, Olympia and Tacoma. Motorists found the bodies near the I-5 Castella offramp.
