New Truck Proves Fatal

David Morales was proud of his powerful new truck. That enthusiasm apparently cost him and two friends their lives.
Morales took the friends for a spin early yesterday near Selma. Authorities say he entered a 15-mile-per-hour curve at about 80, left the road and hit two trees. Morales, Matthew Davis of Easton and Juan Rubalcava of Selma all died at the scene.
