California voters have said yes to a ballot measure that requires that all gasoline tax money be spent on state roads and transportation projects. Voters also have approved the

largest bond issue for parks ever passed in the United States, 2.6 billion dollars.Proposition 41, which would help California counties replace punch-card voting machines, also won.

Voters rejected Proposition 45, which would have softened the state´s term limits for elected officials.
