Commission says Gas Prices Are Dropping

Looks like a possible break at the pump. Wholesale prices for gasoline and diesel fuel have started to drop according to the California Energy Commission. The commission says prices peaked March 15th. Since then, the average statewide gasoline price has dropped 6 cents a gallon and diesel prices have dropped 15 cents. The Commission cautions that retail prices won´t come down as fast as they went up.

So far in Sonora, motorists have seen only a slight drop in Diesel fuel prices, but no price drop so far at the gasoline pump.
