Arson Suspect Arraigned In Mariposa County Court

The arson suspect in Mariposa county was arraigned and charged in court Tuesday.
34-year-old Brian Chambers pleaded not guilty to felony arson charges related to the Old Highway Fire which started Sunday afternoon.
The blaze is now 90% contained and has burned 1413 acres.
Chambers is also suspected of starting other fires in and aroudn the town of Mariposa in the past four years.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for the end of the month at the Mariposa County Courthouse.
