Murder Trial Delayed in Calaveras County

The trial date for a Calaveras County woman charged with second-degree murder has been delayed.
55-year-old Dianna Andersen is accused of shooting and killing a man at her Diamond XX home last November, when he showed up at the duplex where his ex-wife and Andersen lived.
45-year-old Robert Rochester allegedly kicked down a door and beat a man living in the same duplex.
Andersen´s attorney says it was self-defense.
Her trial was to begin later this month.
Now, a pre-trial hearing has been slated for July 12th and a trial readiness conference is scheduled for August 16th in Calaveras County Superior Court.
