Calaveras Flu Clinic

Calaveras County appears especially hard hit by influenza this year.
Several students and faculty at San Andreas elementary school were absent on Friday due to flu like symptoms. Columbia College Calaveras Center Operator Trudy Lackey says a free flu clinic will be held tomorrow/today between 10 a.m and noon at Suite #4 at the Glory Hole Shopping Center on Highway 49 in Angels Camp.
The vaccinations are free, but a $5 is suggested for those that can afford it. The vaccinations will be administered by staff from the County´s Public Health Department.
