Calaveras Accidents Send 3 To Hospital

The CHP in Calaveras County is investigating a pair of unrelated accidents that sent 3 people to the hospital on Wednesday.
A 23 year old San Andreas woman had to be taken to Mark Twain Hospital after her car collided with a pick up truck on Lewis at Robert Avenue during the lunch hour. Ariana Bridgeman was treated for minor injuries and released. A 16 year old Valley Springs girl and a 34 year old Valley Springs man were rushed to Doctors Medical Center by helicopter after their cars crashed on Highway 26 at Burson Road. The CHP reports that Toni Lafazia ran into the teen´s vehicle after the young motorist allegedly pulled right into the path of Lafazia´s car on the busy highway.
Both drivers suffered minor injuries.
