Radanovich Pushes Charitable Giving Resolution

Rep. George Radanovich and a few Republican leaders plan to push an unusual measure in Congress.
The first of its kind resolution, urges the people of the United States to boost their charitable giving by upward of 50 percent. “It´s a means of improving health, education and welfare, without increasing taxes,” said Radanovich (R). He did not say if taxes would go up should the resolution not pass.
