Statewide Amber Alert Issued For 5-Year-Old Girl

Walnut Creek, CA — A statewide Amber alert has been issued out of Contra Costa County in what appears to be a case of parental abduction.
Sheriff´s Deputies say Mary Driscoll is suspected of taking 5-year-old Jineva Driscoll from a Walnut Creek address at about 10:00 Tuesday morning.
Driscoll is described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5´ 6″ tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
Police say she is believed to be driving a white 2000 Dodge Durango with California license plate 4PGH849, possibly toward Navarro State Park in Mendocino County.
Police say Driscoll has threatened to kill herself and her daughter.
